Saturday, September 18th
"Milk and Cookies Night" with Brandeis AZA
at Sam Potasnick's house (guy in Brandeis) from 7-9:30 PM
7 McCormick Ct. (near Wooton HS)
Rockville
this program will be alot of fun...if you like Madden 2005, ping pong, The Simpsons, or cookies, you should definetly come. bring a flashlight if you have one because we will probably go outside and play Manhunt as well. if you have any questions or dont have a flashlight, let me know.
Monday, September 20th
Chapter Meeting @ the JCC, 7 PM
the meeting will probably last until about 8:30, so be sure to have a ride. if you have any questions lemme know.
REMINDERS
RLC/RLTI applications are by monday if you want the early bird price. after monday, the price goes up $20. if you do not have an application, let me know, and i will make sure to bring some to the program Saturday.
Football starts October 3rd. more info to come next week.

bring some money for shoes and bowling.
afterwards, were gonna chill for a while, wherever we go

Monday, Sept. 13th
Meeting at the JCC
there is a council meeting at 7 PM, but i would like to have a chapter meeting beforehand, mainly to make sure all you new guys understand stuff that happens at the council meeting. so meet at the JCC at 6:00 monday night, we'll have a one-hour informal chapter meeting, and then head down to the Council Meeting when it starts...the council meeting should be over by around 8:30, so have a ride waiting...
REMINDERS:
RLC/RLTI is October 22-24. most of you will be attending RLC, or Regional Leadership Conference. i did it last year, its a lot of fun, and you learn alot about AZA and how a chapter works, but you also have a lot of fun. If you're in 11th or 12th grade, you will go to RLTI, which is the more in-depth version of RLC. I'll be going to RLTI, and no matter which convention you attend, youre gonna have a great time. the form is coming in a seperate email (since i cant send attachments from yahoogroups)...
Football Season begins next month. If you want to play, you must be registered. We will be getting jerseys as well, more information on those will come...

If you havent already, make sure you join the yahoogroup. you need a yahoo ID to join, if you dont have one they're free to get...by joining, you can view the calendar of events to see when stuff is happening, and also download important documents and applications you may need over the course of the term. the group is at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/curlyaza2382.

| hey guys, what up...hope you had a great summer...its once again time for Curly AZA!
first of all, to all the guys getting this email who dont know what this is, Communications are a weekly email that you will get that tells you what is going on for the week. information about programs, meetings, and other events will be sent out in communications each week. In our chapter, the Godol (president) sends out communications, and the Mazkir (secretary) will call you later in the week to remind you about the program and just see whats up.

Saturday, August 28th:
kickoff program with Melech AZA (guys chapter) and Beth Kadima BBG (girls chapter). its gonna be a BBQ and pool party, so bring a bathing suit and a towel if you plan on swimming.
it will be at Jared Sax's (guy in Melech) house, from 8-11 PM

Afterwards, we will be having a brotherhood sleepover at Stuey's house. transportation will be provided from Jared's house to Stuey's house. bring a sleeping bag or something to sleep in. for those who dont know, brotherhood sleepovers are where we all just chill at a guys house, maybe watch a movie or something, and just hang out and have a good time. If you arent going to stay at Stuey's house, have your parents pick you up at Jared's at 11 PM...if youre staying at Stuey's, have a ride pick you up at Stuey's house around 1 PM Sunday.
If you need to leave earlier or stay later, thats fine, just make sure you have a ride.
aight so thats this info on this weekend's program. If you have any questions or can't find a ride, lemme know ASAP and ill try and work something out for you. Also, if you have any friends who are jewish guys 9th thru 12th grade, bring them along. And our new advisor is: Aaron Sanders. Aaron founded Curly in 1996 and now he's back to be an advisor. if you'd like to get in contact with him, tell me and i will get you his number.
